Luxury Bathroom Renovation
Curbless showers, freestanding tubs, stone and warm floors — designed as one room and built so the finish still looks new in ten years.
Residential service
A high-end bathroom is judged by the finishes, but it lasts because of what is behind them. We design the layout, lighting and selections with you, then build it on full waterproofing, properly sloped floors and ventilation sized for the room — so the stone, glass and fixtures you chose get the substrate they deserve.
What's included
Every project is scoped and priced before we start.
Fixtures, storage and sightlines planned around how you use the room.
Stone, tile, plumbing fixtures and hardware chosen and priced up front.
Full membranes and flood-tested pans under every wet area.
Large-format and natural stone set flat, with cuts planned out of sight.
In-floor heating, dimmable lighting and fans ducted outside.
Frameless glass and custom vanities measured after tile, fitted to the room as built.
How it runs
We see the space, hear what you want and tell you honestly what is realistic for the budget you have in mind.
Drawings, materials and finishes agreed and priced before demolition — not chosen under pressure halfway through.
Permits submitted and followed through, trades booked in the order the build actually needs them.
Dust barriers, floor protection and a swept site every night, because you are usually still living in the house.
We walk it with you, fix the list, and hand over the warranty paperwork. Your sign-off is what ends the job.
Decide early
Most luxury features have to be designed into the structure rather than added at the end. A curbless shower needs the slope built into the floor, a wall-hung toilet needs an in-wall carrier, a freestanding tub may need the joists checked, and a rain head or body sprays need the right valve and water supply roughed in.
We settle those decisions during design, so the plumbing, framing and electrical go in once — and the finished room looks effortless because nothing was improvised.
Common questions
Anything not covered here, just ask on the call.
Usually four to six weeks on site once selections are in hand. Custom glass and stone are measured after tile, so they add a short wait near the end — we schedule around it rather than rushing the install.
In most homes, yes. It needs a fully sealed enclosure, a sloped ceiling so condensation runs off, and space for the generator nearby. We confirm all three during design.
It is, with the right stone and sealer. Some marbles etch and stain easily, so we walk you through how each option wears before you choose, and seal it properly once installed.
Yes. We plan the layout, lighting and fixtures with you and price every selection before work starts, so the budget is settled before a single wall comes down.
